DC Ranch Golf
Located near the foothills of the McDowell Mountains lies the Country Club at DC Ranch. Since it's inception in 1997, "The Club," has quickly become one of Scottsdale's premiere private courses. In 2002 John Fought and Tom Lehman teamed up to redesign the course and the results are nothing short of spectactular.
Players enjoy a course that is rich with mountain and valley views. The back 9 holes ascend into the McDowells and include the legendary 13th hole which plays over a ravine with breathtaking views of a steep mountain canyon. Be sure to keep a camera in your bag, because this course offers plenty of opportunities for unique and memorable photos.

DC Ranch Golf Membership

The Golf Membership
- Equity golf membership
- $135,000 initiation fee
- $880.00 monthly dues
- Full golf privleges and use of all social facilities for spouse and children under the age of 24
- 80% repurchase price of current initiation fee on transfer date
- Financing offered through National Bank of Arizona. $25,000 down, 7 semi-annual payments of $16,000, final payment of $18,350.25
The Sport Social Membership
- Initiation fee $27,500.00
- Monthly Dues $525.00
- Receive unlimited tee times and guest privleges from June-December
- January-May members receive a minimum of six rounds plus additional rounds at discrestion of Golf Director.
- Extended family guests are only permitted January-May. Member pays half the current greens fee per round, plus cart fee.
- Some tee times are restricted on weekend mornings and holidays during peak season
- Non-equity membership
The Clubhouse Membership
- Initiation fee $10,000.00
- Monthly dues $350.00
- Unlimited use of all social facilities, activities in the Clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness room and tennis, excluding golf.
Family Privleges
- All member privleges exted to member, spouse and unmarried children under the age of 24
